This is exactly the right choice for everyone, who always wished their elk jerky would be spiced up with the rich flavours of black pepper. The elk meat that is used in our products is sourced from the Scandinavian and Baltic forests and is 100% wild game meat from hunting.
Since many people asked us before, let us make this point clear: Yes, this is the world’s biggest deer species, the large European elk with its huge, broad antlers – also known as moose in North America.
