Ordering in warm weather
Chocolate and heat don't mix. Above roughly 25 °C outside, parcels get much hotter in transit, and your chocolate may arrive softened or with a pale bloom on the surface. It's completely safe to eat and tastes the same, it just won't look its best. If you'd rather have it perfect, we'd wait for a cooler week.

Three textures in one bite
This is a layered bite, not a solid lump: a whole roasted almond at the centre, a soft coconut layer around it, and a dark cocoa shell over the top. You get snap, then chew, then crunch, in that order. It is why one is never the plan and four is the usual outcome.
Where it sits in the Chokay range
Coconut Almond is the softer, more tropical end of the Bites. If you want blunt force, the rougher and more roasted Bites will suit you better; this one is the smoother, more fragrant option, and the better bet with coffee or after dinner.
