Jerky & Cheddar Stuffed Bread Rolls

Think warm, golden bread rolls… but with a savoury surprise inside. These stuffed rolls are cheesy, smoky, and perfect for sharing — whether at a picnic, a party, or straight from the oven on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Ingredientes:

  • 400 g bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 90 g beef jerky, finely chopped
  • 120 g sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 25 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 g garlic powder
  • 2 g smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
  2. Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Mix jerky with cheddar, place a spoonful in the centre of each dough piece.
  4. Fold and seal into a ball, place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Mix butter, garlic powder, and paprika; brush over rolls.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
