Sunshine Delights Fruit Fusion Zesty Chili Mango is soft dried mango with lemon, sea salt and a pinch of chili, in a 100 g resealable bag. Fruit Fusion is the flavoured line from Sunshine Delights, the Hamburg dried fruit brand: the same soft, thick-cut Cambodian mango as the plain pack, with a second fruit or flavour folded in. This is the one for people who keep jerky in the drawer: sweet, sour, salty and a little warm, the way mango is eaten on street corners from Mexico to Bangkok.

How it is made
The mango is grown in Cambodia, picked ripe, cut thick and gently dried. The strips are then tumbled with lemon powder, sea salt and a small amount of chili powder so the seasoning clings to the fruit. A small stone fragment can occasionally remain.
