Cruga Biltong follows an authentic South African recipe, specially created by a South African family. With 50% protein and only 3% fat, this artisanal biltong is handcrafted and air-dried without artificial flavors, preservatives, or added MSG. Experience the meaty taste and soft texture of Cruga Biltong, a healthier alternative to traditional snacks with only 64 calories per 25-gram serving. In comparison, an average bag of salt & vinegar chips has nearly three times the calories and almost no protein, making Cruga Biltong the perfect savory option for health-conscious individuals. Originally made in the UK by South African-born David Low, Cruga Biltong is a product of expertise and tradition.

Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Yeast Extract, Smoke Flavouring. Contains oxygen sachet (do not eat). Store cool and dry. Eat within 3 days of opening. No need to refrigerate.

Tastes great, however very unlike regular biltong

The fact that it's wagyu means that the biltong you're getting here is relatively moist unlike standard dry biltong. However I find it delicious, and the marinade is very nice as well.
