Sunshine Delights Dates are soft pitted dates in a 100 g resealable bag from Sunshine Delights, the Hamburg dried fruit brand. One ingredient, grown in Saudi Arabia, stoned and packed. No coating, no syrup, no added sugar, just the naturally sweet, caramel-like fruit that has been eaten across the desert for a few thousand years. No added sugars; the sweetness is the fruit's own, naturally occurring.
