Produced from 100% pure fish meat. It takes 300g of salmon meat to make 100g of final product. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: no cooling. Consume within 48 hours from opening. Occasional white film on product does not impair quality. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible. Catch area: FAO 67, Northeast Pacific Ocean. Fishing techniques: gillnets and seines.
