Sunshine Delights Fruit Fusion Raspberry Liquorice Mango is soft dried mango with raspberry and liquorice, in a 100 g resealable bag. Fruit Fusion is the flavoured line from Sunshine Delights, the Hamburg dried fruit brand: the same soft, thick-cut Cambodian mango as the plain pack, with a second fruit or flavour folded in. Raspberry Liquorice is the Nordic one, built for the Scandinavian and Finnish sweet tooth: sweet mango, tart raspberry and that unmistakable liquorice note that divides a room.

How it is made
The mango is grown in Cambodia, picked ripe, cut thick and dried slowly. The strips are then tumbled with raspberry powder and liquorice and raspberry flavourings so the taste stays on the fruit. A small stone fragment can occasionally remain.
Taste and texture
Mango and raspberry first, sweet and tart, then the liquorice arrives on the finish and lingers. Soft, chewy strips. It is the boldest of the five Fruit Fusion flavours; if you are unsure, Strawberry Mango is the safe start and this is the one to try second.
Who it is for
Liquorice lovers, which in our experience means most of Scandinavia and all of Finland. Anyone who wants a dried fruit that does not taste like every other dried fruit. The office bag that gets passed around for the reactions.
