Did not like the texture

Well balanced and tasty

The signature mustard seed in the spice mix meets my Biltong standards and I can highly recommend this biltong to South African expats in search for that authentic experience. A few fattier cuts would enhance the flavour even more! - I would definitely purchase this variation of your biltong Mr Link if it's ever added to the assortment in future.

Too thin

The meat strips are too thin so it feels like you are eating salted paper.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the product. Biltong tends to be on the thinner side. Luckily there are various other jerky types available which have bigger cuts and are overall juicier. Hopefully you will be able to find your personal favourite!
