Indiana Soft Beef Jerky Hot & Sweet is the loud end of the Soft line: a sweet, smoky marinade with a peppery warmth that builds rather than shouts. Same tender Soft texture, considerably more going on.
How Indiana makes it
It takes 180 g of beef to make 100 g of finished jerky — the weight leaves as water and the flavour stays behind. Indiana cures and dries the beef, then leans on sugar, wine vinegar, pepper and garlic for the sweet-savoury balance, with a smoky finish over the top. Bags are packed under a protective atmosphere, so no fridge is needed until you open one; after that, finish it within a couple of days. An occasional white film on the surface is normal and does not affect quality.
Where it sits in the range
This is the most talkative of the three Soft flavours. Original is the clean, savoury baseline and Peppered is the sharp, peppery one — Hot & Sweet is the bag you hand round and then regret handing round.
The 20 g pack
20 g fits a pocket, a glovebox or the side of a gym bag, and it gets there without a cool bag. Good for training days, hikes, long drives and desk snacking when something plain will not do. GMO-free beef jerky, shipped fast across Europe by Jerky Store Europe.

Beef, sugar, dextrose, SOY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE (SOYA), salt, sea salt (0,2%), yeast extract, wine vinegar, pepper, flavouring, smoke flavouring, natural flavouring, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite. It takes 180g of beef to make 100g of final product. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: no cooling. Consume within 48 hours from opening. Occasional white film on product does not impair quality. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible.
