A jerky for people who like pepper as a flavour, not just a heat source. Five Peppers is Kuivalihakundi's beef jerky finished with a five-pepper-and-spice blend — black, white, green, rose pepper, plus allspice and coriander — each contributing something different rather than all piling onto the same idea.

What each one does

  • Black brings the classic warm pungency you know
  • White is sharper and slightly fermented, with a barnyard funk that adds depth
  • Green is mild and herbal, almost grassy
  • Rose pepper (technically a berry, not a pepper) adds a sweet, resinous floral note
  • Allspice and coriander round it out with warm baking-spice and citrus-herbal notes

Layered together they create a complex, savoury heat that builds and shifts as you chew — completely different from the one-note burn of a single-pepper jerky.
