For garlic devotees. The Garlic version of Kuivalihakundi takes the same Finnish beef base as Original and lets the garlic step further forward â same five-ingredient list, same cure components, slightly different proportions to push the garlic up the flavour ladder.
A short ingredient list, big garlic presence
The whole recipe: Finnish rump beef, gluten-free soy sauce, sugar syrup, garlic, black pepper. No garlic powder, no garlic extract â actual garlic in the cure. The slow drying gives the garlic time to mellow and integrate with the beef rather than punching you in the face.
