Grizzly Foods Bio Beef Jerky Original is beef jerky made from certified organic German beef, seasoned dry and finished over beechwood smoke. No marinade, no additives, no complications. It is the plainest bag in the Grizzly Bio range and the one that shows you what the beef can do unaccompanied.

How Grizzly Foods makes it
Organic German beef is seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper, dried firm, and given a beechwood smoke finish. That is the entire process. Because Grizzly Foods refuses to add anything that would stabilise it, each batch comes out slightly differently — a fair price for a jerky with nothing standing between the meat and you.
Taste and texture: clean beef up front, a light beechwood smokiness on the finish, and a firm, satisfying chew in between. Next to the Bio Cracked Pepper it is the quiet one — where that bag leads with spice, this one lets the meat talk. It is drier and less yielding than the sweet-cured jerkies on the same shelf, which is exactly what the people who buy it are after.
