For garlic devotees. The Garlic version of Kuivalihakundi takes the same Finnish beef base as Original and lets the garlic step further forward — same short cure, same components, slightly different proportions to push the garlic up the flavour ladder.

A short cure, big garlic presence

No garlic powder, no garlic extract — actual garlic, worked into the cure before drying. The slow drying then gives it time to mellow and integrate with the beef rather than punching you in the face. What you get is roasted-garlic warmth running underneath the meat, not a sharp raw hit on top of it.

Specs

  • High in protein — the same Finnish beef base as Original
  • Made in Finland with Finnish-origin beef
  • Real garlic — in the cure, not powdered on afterwards
  • Dense, slow-dried chew — built for slow snacking

What to do with it

Excellent on its own, even better with a sharp aged cheese, exceptional with red wine, and the official snack of anyone whose favourite pizza topping involves the words "extra garlic". Gym bag, camping pack, charcuterie board — it works anywhere.

Where it sits in the range

Original is the benchmark, Smoked is the mellow one, and the chili versions climb from Mild Habanero up to Scorpion. Garlic is the savoury outlier: no heat, no smoke, just one ingredient turned up. If you have people to share with and no idea what they like, this is a safer bet than any of the chilies.

Ingredient list
