Saltiness

Softness

Spiciness

A 125 g chunk of Indiana biltong with a slicing tool included. You decide the thickness. The product is partly the meat, partly the ritual.

The format is the point

Most biltong arrives pre-sliced. Cut Your Own arrives as a single piece with a wooden cutter so you slice it yourself — thick if you want a serious chew, thin if you want it on a board, somewhere between for everyday eating. It lasts a few days of slow snacking instead of disappearing in one sitting.

What's in it

Beef, apple vinegar, humectant: glycerin, sea salt (3.59%), yeast extract, black pepper, ground onion, seasoning. 220 g of fresh beef per 100 g of finished biltong. Same recipe as Original Biltong, just in a 125 g whole-chunk format.

  • 50.8 g of protein per 100 g
  • 4.8 g fat (2.4 g saturated)
  • Under 1 g sugar
  • 8.9 g carbs per 100 g (from glycerin)
  • 282 kcal per 100 g
  • Salt 2.8 g per 100 g
  • Includes wooden slicing tool
  • 125 g format — designed to last several sittings

Who reaches for it

Biltong fans who want to control slice thickness. Gift-givers looking for something with more presence than a bag. People who like the ritual of cutting their own. The kind of food that turns a snack into a small occasion.
