The Beef Original recipe in a 12 g single-snack pack — about three or four good strips, designed for the desk drawer, the gym locker, the coat pocket. Same cure, same protein density, just smaller.
Why a 12 g format
A 25 g or 50 g bag is a commitment. A 12 g pack is a snack. It's the size that fits in a small pocket, doesn't need rationing, and leaves no half-finished bag in your bag. The recipe inside is identical to Indiana's Beef Original — same beef, same cure, same smoke profile.
What's in it
Beef, salt, sea salt, soy protein hydrolysate, yeast extract, wine vinegar, pepper, garlic, smoke aroma, sodium nitrite. 225 g of fresh beef per 100 g of finished jerky.

When to stock them

Ingredient list
Ingredients: Beef, salt, sea salt (0,2%), SOY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE, yeast extract, wine vinegar, pepper, aroma, smoke aroma, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite.
It takes 225g of Beef to make 100g of Beef Jerky. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: no cooling. Occasional white film on product does not impair quality. Consume within 48 hours from opening. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible.
