Rough Cut Beef Jerky – Real. Bold. Uncompromising.

It all started on a rainy fishing trip with one shitty bag of jerky. The beer was warm, the fish weren’t biting, and the jerky sucked. That disappointment sparked a fire—I knew I could do better.

Back home, I bought a dehydrator and dove into jerky-making. After a ton of trial and error (and marinading the whole damn kitchen), I finally nailed it. Friends couldn’t get enough. What started as poker night snacks turned into a full-on hustle.

From a tiny trailer we turned into a factory—powered by beer, sweat, and good friends—we built something real. In 2015, we got official. Since then, it’s been full speed ahead. Bigger facility, better gear, same mission:
