Chokay BIO Bar Amazing Milk – organic milk chocolate without the sugar rush
Chokay BIO Bar Amazing Milk is an organic milk cocoa bar with a smooth, creamy taste and a deliberately mild sweetness. There is no added sugar and there are no sweeteners in it at all — what sweetness there is comes from plant fibre — which leaves the cocoa and the milk to do the talking. A 70 g bar, Fairtrade certified and wrapped without plastic.

- Mild, not sugary: at a minimum of 39% cocoa this is recognisably milk chocolate, but it finishes clean instead of coating your teeth.

Chokay is a Dutch chocolate maker based in Breda, in the Netherlands. Amazing Milk is the plain milk bar in their organic BIO line: no nuts, no inclusions, nothing to hide behind.

How should I store it? Somewhere cool and dry, out of the sun. Milk chocolate softens quickly in a warm room.
