Wild West Wagyu Beef Jerky is the premium product in the Wild West range, made in the UK from Wagyu beef. Wagyu is known for its marbling, and you can see it in the numbers: 19.5 g fat per 100 g, several times more than the other Wild West flavours. The marinade is kept simple, with brown sugar, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, pineapple, garlic, onion and black pepper.
