At Jerky Store Europe, we're always on the lookout for innovative recipes. Our Jerky Stuffed Peppers are a delightful surprise, offering a unique twist on a classic dish. The beef jerky adds a savory depth, making this dish a must-try for all food enthusiasts.
- Large bell peppers
- Cooked rice
- Black beans
- Diced tomatoes
- Beef jerky (chopped)
- Cumin, paprika, chili powder
- Shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Hollow out the bell peppers and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chopped beef jerky. Season with cumin, paprika, and chili powder.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the rice and jerky mixture. Place them in a baking dish.
- Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
