Ingredients
Beef (160 g of meat used per 100 g of product), water, salt (Dead Sea, reduced), spices (contains celery, mustard), dextrose, smoke flavouring, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite).

Ingredient list
Beef, salt, sea salt (0,1%), SOY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE (SOYA), yeast extract, wine vinegar, hardwood smoke flavor, preservative: sodium nitrite. It takes 225g of Beef to make 100g of final product. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: no cooling. Consume within 48 hours from opening. Occasional white film on product does not impair quality. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible.
