BiFi Tasty Bites Italian Parmesan & Thyme are bite-sized chicken salami snacks coated in an edible plant-based casing packed with herbs, thyme, and a dusting of spinach powder for colour. Inside: 100% chicken salami with 2.5 % genuine Parmigiano Reggiano baked right in.

Each 50 g pouch holds around 14 snackable bites, slow-smoked over beechwood the same way BiFi has done it since 1975 — except this time with chicken instead of the classic pork and beef. The result is lighter, leaner, and surprisingly savoury thanks to that hit of aged Parmesan. Made from 111 g of chicken meat plus 12 g of plant fats and oils per 100 g of finished salami, so every gram of water lost during smoking is a gram of concentrated flavour gained.
