Chokay Bar Creamy Milk – plain milk chocolate, done properly
Chokay Bar Creamy Milk is a smooth milk chocolate bar made without added sugars, in a generous 85 g format. No nuts, no fruit, no clever twist — just creamy milk chocolate that melts slowly and tastes like milk chocolate is supposed to. Chokay's own line is short and smug: you get exactly what it says on the wrapper.
Why the plain one is the one people reorder
Made without added sugars: that is the whole Chokay idea. The 13.2 g of sugars per 100 g come from the milk powders in the recipe rather than from added sugar.
Creamy, not sharp: at a minimum of 38% cocoa this sits firmly on the mild, milky side. Whole milk powder and skimmed milk powder do the heavy lifting.
An 85 g bar: bigger than the BIO bars in the Chokay range, which matters when you are not alone in the room.
How Chokay builds it
Chokay is a Dutch brand working with premium Belgian chocolate. Sweetness here comes from maltitol and steviol glycosides rather than sugar, and chicory inulin — a dietary fibre — gives the bar its body, which is why the fibre figure reaches 24.5 g per 100 g. Per 100 g you also get 9.0 g protein and 498 kcal.
Taste: milky and rounded, with a light cocoa finish and none of the cloying edge of standard milk chocolate.
Texture: soft snap, then a slow, even melt.
