Sunshine Delights Fruit Fusion Passion Fruit Mango is soft dried mango with passion fruit and a hint of orange, in a 100 g resealable bag. Fruit Fusion is the flavoured line from Sunshine Delights, the Hamburg dried fruit brand: the same soft, thick-cut Cambodian mango as the plain pack, with a second fruit or flavour folded in. Passion Fruit Mango is the tropical one: the mango brings the sweetness, the passion fruit brings the sharp, floral edge that makes it hard to stop at a few pieces.

How it is made
The mango is grown in Cambodia, picked ripe, cut thick and dried slowly. The strips are then tumbled with passion fruit and orange powder and a natural passion fruit flavouring so the aroma stays on the fruit. A small stone fragment can occasionally remain.
Taste and texture
Sweet mango up front, then a tart, aromatic passion fruit finish with a whisper of orange. Soft and chewy. Compared with the Strawberry Mango it is sharper and more grown-up; compared with the Coconut Pineapple it is lighter and fresher.
