Ordering in warm weather
Chocolate and heat don't mix. Above roughly 25 °C outside, parcels get much hotter in transit, and your chocolate may arrive softened or with a pale bloom on the surface. It's completely safe to eat and tastes the same, it just won't look its best. If you'd rather have it perfect, we'd wait for a cooler week.

Why “rocks”
A rock is not a neat moulded praline. Each one is an irregular lump of roasted peanut with the cocoa built up around it, so no two are the same size and the crunch lands differently every time. That is the whole appeal — it eats like something scooped out of a jar rather than lifted out of a tray.
When to open the bag
The 3pm desk slump, the last hour of a long drive, a film that needs a snack with some chew to it, or on a board with coffee after dinner. It shares well, in theory. Keep it somewhere cool and dark and it holds its snap; leave it on a sunny windowsill and you will be eating it with a spoon.
