Cherky Beef Jerky Honey Mustard – organic beef with a tender bite

Cherky Beef Jerky Honey Mustard is an organic beef jerky made in Spain from pasture-raised beef, seasoned with one of the great classic pairings: honey and mustard. Cherky worked hard to land a much more tender texture than traditional jerky, so this is a softer chew than the leathery stuff. Sweet, tangy, savoury, and built on ingredients you can actually pronounce.

What makes Cherky different

Organic and pasture-raised: the beef is organic and raised on pasture, and the seasonings are from organic agriculture too. It is a short, readable ingredient list rather than a chemistry lesson.

Tender, not tough: Cherky built the recipe around a softer bite and a minimal making process. If jerky has ever felt like a jaw workout, start here.

88% beef, 48.6 g of protein per 100 g: 222 g of beef goes in for every 100 g that comes out, with 7 g of fat per 100 g. The meat does the heavy lifting.

How it is made

Cherky makes it in Ribafrecha, La Rioja, in northern Spain, using selected lean beef cuts. The marinade is built on real honey and a mustard sauce of cider vinegar, mustard seeds, sea salt and turmeric, with onion and garlic behind it.

Taste: gentle honey sweetness first, then a warm mustard tang, then a savoury beef finish. Barely any heat.

Texture: soft and yielding for a jerky, with a proper meaty grain rather than a dry slab.

Perfect for

Desk drawer duty: a 30 g bag is exactly the right size for the three o’clock slump, and it beats another biscuit.

Training bag: 48.6 g of protein per 100 g makes it a useful savoury alternative to yet another sweet protein bar.

Picnics and sharing boards: honey mustard plays beautifully with cheese, pickles and a cold beer.

Frequently asked

Is Cherky organic? Yes. Cherky uses organic, pasture-raised beef, and the flavouring ingredients come from organic agriculture.

Is it spicy? No. The mustard brings tang rather than heat, so it suits anyone who wants flavour without fire.

How much protein does it have? 48.6 g per 100 g. It also contains mustard, so check the pack if you have an allergy.
