Taste is no match to the copmetition and pieces are small, thin and had to chew

I placed and order on Sunday , haven’t received any update, emails went unanswered for few days, on Thursday finally got a reply apologising for the delay as all the team members were attending a conference and also notifying me that some items not available, order was dispatched same day , didn’t appreciate the delay in dispatching the order but it’s not a reason

The product and the rub are fantastic. The meat is perfectly dried yet Tender and easy to eat. The Taste reminds you of teriyaki but could use some more asian flavours. The only bad thing i can say is the price.
My first experience. Very good in taste and quality. Really a recomnendation.
