Chokay BIO Bar Dark Salty Almond is an organic dark chocolate bar with roasted almonds and a pinch of sea salt, made without added sugar and without sweeteners. The salt does the clever bit here: it sharpens the cocoa and makes the almonds taste more like almonds. If you want dark chocolate with texture and a savoury edge rather than a sugar rush, this 70 g bar is the one.
Three reasons this bar keeps disappearing
Salt, almond, cocoa — nothing else needed: Chokay builds it from 79% dark chocolate, 20% almonds and exactly 1% sea salt. Three ingredients doing the work of ten.
No added sugar, no sweeteners: Chokay leaves both out. Per 100 g the bar carries 6.1 g carbohydrates, of which 4 g sugars, plus 40.3 g fibre.

Chokay is a Dutch brand working with premium Belgian chocolate, pairing it with freshly roasted nuts and spices. Instead of sugar, the body of the chocolate comes from chicory inulin, a dietary fibre — which is why the fibre figure is so high.
