Think warm, golden bread rolls… but with a savoury surprise inside. These stuffed rolls are cheesy, smoky, and perfect for sharing — whether at a picnic, a party, or straight from the oven on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

- 400 g bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 90 g beef jerky, finely chopped
- 120 g sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 25 g unsalted butter, melted
- 4 g garlic powder
- 2 g smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200 °C.
- Divide dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Mix jerky with cheddar, place a spoonful in the centre of each dough piece.
- Fold and seal into a ball, place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Mix butter, garlic powder, and paprika; brush over rolls.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
