  • Ingredients:
    • Pasta (penne or spaghetti)
    • Garlic (minced)
    • Onions (sliced)
    • Bell peppers (sliced)
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Beef jerky (finely chopped)
    • Crushed red pepper
    • Parmesan cheese
  • Method:
    1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
    2. In a pan, sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until translucent. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
    3. Stir in the finely chopped beef jerky and crushed red pepper. Toss the mixture with the cooked pasta.
    4. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
