If you want your jerky to taste and feel like actual beef, this is the brand for you. Don't expect this jerky to taste overwhelmingly sweet like competitors' jerkies which contain sugar en masse. Indiana Jerky is quite chewy and tastes very meaty. I like it a lot.

Good compromize with dry meat but still relatively tender to chew. Interesting recipes, but more brave use of spices would have been the crown for greatness (opinion from Indian kitchen fan).
