Sunshine Delights Fruit Fusion Sweet Strawberry Mango is soft dried mango with real strawberry, in a 100 g resealable bag. Fruit Fusion is the flavoured line from Sunshine Delights, the Hamburg dried fruit brand: the same soft, thick-cut Cambodian mango as the plain pack, with a second fruit or flavour folded in. Strawberry Mango is the best seller of the five and the gentlest: sweet, fruity and familiar.

How it is made
The mango is grown in Cambodia, picked ripe, cut thick and gently dried. The strips are then tumbled with strawberry powder and a natural strawberry flavouring so the taste sits on the fruit rather than in a coating. As with any stoned fruit, a small fragment can occasionally remain.
Taste and texture
Mango sweetness first, then a clear strawberry note on the finish, like a good fruit smoothie. Soft and chewy. Of the Fruit Fusion flavours this is the one to start with; Zesty Chili and Raspberry Liquorice are for people who already know they like a twist.
