African tradition, Indiana craft. Indiana Biltong Original is dried meat the South African way โ€” air-dried in larger strips with a unique vinegar marinade and coriander-led spice blend. The texture is firmer, the flavour deeper. A must-try for any jerky lover ready to broaden the palate.

Ingredients

Beef (175 g of meat used per 100 g of product), vinegar, water, salt (Dead Sea), spices (coriander, black pepper, contains celery, mustard), dextrose, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate).
