Crafted in BiFi's Ansbach facility, each 100 g of mini salami is made from 147 g of pork and beef (the extra weight cooks off during slow beechwood smoking, leaving you with concentrated salami goodness). No artificial smoke, no soy fillers, no added colours. Just meat, spice, and that unmistakable warm paprika hum that turns a good snack into an obsession.
