Indiana Jerky Beef Peppered is a traditional type of dried beef and - in contrast to the new US version - does not contain any added sugar. This not only preserves the hearty and finer taste, the nutritional values of the Indiana Jerky products go far better with any balanced, more sustainable diet.

Short history of Indiana Jerky:
The brand Indiana Jerky was born from love and interest to childhood stories which mention Native American's who dried meat.
Today they are the largest manufacturer of dried meat in the Czech Republic and simultaneously one of the three biggest producers in Europe. That's quite a journey they took from childhood stories!
Ingredient list
Ingredients: Beef, salt, natural mineral salt, sugar, SOY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE, yeast extract, wine vinegar, pepper 0,6%, aroma, smoke aroma, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite.
It takes 225g of Beef to make 100g of Beef Jerky. Packed in protective atmosphere N2, CO2. Storage: no cooling. Occasional white film on product does not impair quality. Consume within 48 hours from opening. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible.
