Meat Makers Beef Peppered is a beef jerky built around cracked black pepper, made by The Meat Makers in Lithuania as part of their Sports line. Plenty of peppered jerky puts the word on the front of the bag and a rumour of it on the meat. This one goes the other way: the pepper is coarse enough to find, and it sits on top of a properly beefy base instead of hiding it.
