Chokay BIO Bar Dark Salty Almond is an organic dark chocolate bar with roasted almonds and sea salt, made without added sugar and without sweeteners. The salt does the clever bit: it sharpens the cocoa and makes the almonds taste more like almonds. If you want dark chocolate with texture and a savoury edge, this is the 70 g bar to snap into.
