Shipping policy
We ship with DHL and Spring GDS to all countries in the European Union excluding overseas territories but including Spanish islands and Portuguese islands. We also ship to Switzerland. All items are sent with tracking number and insurance to avoid the hassle with lost shipments.
In general, your order is prepared for shipment during the same working day if it comes in before 11.59 a.m. Central European time. Otherwise, your order will prepared during the next working day.
Generally, DHL and Spring GDS collect parcels from our warehouse every day.
Our warehouse is located in Dresden, Germany. Please note that our warehouse doesn't ship during weekends or public holidays.

When you see that your order is already being processed by the local delivery company, you can also insert your tracking number in their tracking portal. Usually you will find more details there.
How long do until I get my jerky?
Regularly every shipment reaches the recipient in 1-2 days from ordering (when ordering before 12 a.m.) in Germany.
For other countries it depends a lot on the distance from our warehouse.
The further you are located from main logistics hubs the longer it takes. It also depends on the contract of DHL or Spring GDS in the destination country. Sometimes the parcel is handed over to the local post which can slow things down.
Estimated delivery times for some areas (DHL):
- Germany: 1-2 working days
- Benelux and France: 2-4 working days
- Nordic countries: 2-6 working days
For other countries please refer to DHL website. You can check the estimated delivery time to your country by choosing your country from the dropdown menu.
Generally, Spring GDS takes 1 or 2 days longer.
Uncollected parcel / Wrong address
You are responsible for receiving or picking up your package in accordance with the instructions you receive in connection with delivery. Packages that are not picked up within the time specified on the advice of delivery will be sent back to our warehouse. We have the right to charge a fee of 16 EUR which corresponds to our costs for shipping in cases where you do not collect your package.
The same applies to orders with wrong address.
Return policy
In order to initiate a return email us at support@jerky.store with your order information (order number, name).
You have a right to cancel your order when you do so within 14 days of the original purchase.
In the case the products have not left our warehouse we will simply refund you after your cancellation.
If your products have already been shipped, you can still cancel your order, but you need to wait for the products to arrive and ship them back to us.
The products have to arrive back in our warehouse in the same condition that they were sent (unopened and well packaged) so they will be in a shape to be sold again. We do not offer free returns. Any shipping fees related to the return have to be paid by the buyer.
Refund for your order can take up to two weeks after we have received the goods back at our warehouse.
