Wild-caught salmon meets Japanese teriyaki. Indiana Salmon Jerky Teriyaki takes premium Atlantic salmon, slow-dries it, and finishes it in a soy-ginger teriyaki marinade — rich, savoury, and packed with omega-3s. Jerky, reimagined.
Ingredients
Salmon (caught in the Atlantic Ocean — 165 g of fish used per 100 g of product), soy sauce (contains soy, wheat), sugar, spices (ginger, garlic), salt (Dead Sea), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate).

Ingredient list
FISH MEAT, SOYA (water, soy hydrolysate 25%, salt max 18%, wine, sugar, vinegar, flavour enhancers (E621, E631, E637)), colour E 150d, yeast extract, chilli extract, plum jam (plums, apples, citric acid), tomato purée, flavourings, spice mix, garlic extract, cane sugar, spices (ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli), salt (max. 3%), beechwood smoke. Produced from 100% pure fish meat. It takes 300g of salmon meat to make 100g of final product. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: no cooling. Consume within 48 hours from opening. Occasional white film on product does not impair quality. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible. Catch area: FAO 67, Northeast Pacific Ocean. Fishing techniques: gillnets and seines.
