Indiana Steak Bar Original

How Indiana makes it

Beef is cured, seasoned, lightly smoked and formed into a single stick, then sealed in a protective atmosphere. Shelf-stable, no refrigeration required, and robust enough to survive a week at the bottom of a bag without complaint. Once opened, eat it — it is one bar, this is not a difficult instruction.

Who it is for

Jacket pockets, glove boxes, kit bags and the top drawer at work. It is the format to buy in quantity if you keep forgetting to eat before training, and a far better idea than the petrol-station alternative.
