Wild West Original is beef jerky made in the UK and the flavour the rest of the Wild West range is built around. The marinade is simple: demerara sugar, apple cider vinegar and pineapple concentrate, rounded off with sea salt, black pepper, garlic and onion. The result is sweeter than most European jerky and a good place to start if you have never tried Wild West before.
