Meat Makers Turkey Mustard Honey Gourmet is a 30g turkey jerky built on slow-cured turkey breast with a honey and mustard glaze. The bulk of it is turkey breast, and the sweetness is real honey rather than syrup. It is the flavour to reach for when plain salted jerky has started to feel repetitive.
