Meat Makers Turkey Original is a turkey jerky made from whole turkey breast, part of the Sports range from Lithuanian producer The Meat Makers. It exists for a fairly specific reason: beef jerky is heavy going for some people, and after two or three strips the deep mineral flavour starts to dominate everything. Turkey does not do that. It stays light, clean and savoury, and it lets the seasoning sit on top where you can taste it.
