For garlic devotees. The Garlic version of Kuivalihakundi takes the same Finnish beef base as Original and lets the garlic step further forward — same five-ingredient list, same cure components, slightly different proportions to push the garlic up the flavour ladder.

A short ingredient list, big garlic presence

The whole recipe: Finnish rump beef, gluten-free soy sauce, sugar syrup, garlic, black pepper. No garlic powder, no garlic extract — actual garlic in the cure. The slow drying gives the garlic time to mellow and integrate with the beef rather than punching you in the face.

Specs

  • 50.2 g protein per 100 g
  • Gluten-free (GF soy sauce)
  • Made in Finland with Finnish-origin beef
  • 5.1 g sugar per 100 g
  • Allergen: contains soy

What to do with it

Excellent on its own, even better with a sharp aged cheese, exceptional with red wine, and the official snack of anyone whose favourite pizza topping involves the words "extra garlic". Gym bag, camping pack, charcuterie board — it works anywhere.

Ingredient list

Roast rump beef, gluten free soy sauce (water, soy protein
hydrolyzate, salt), sugar sryup, garlic, black pepper
