The brand Indiana Jerky was born from love and interest to childhood stories which mention Native American's who dried meat.
Today they are the largest manufacturer of dried meat in the Czech Republic and simultaneously one of the three biggest producers in Europe. That's quite a journey they took from childhood stories!
FISH MEAT, SOYA (water, soy hydrolysate 25%, salt max 18%, wine, sugar, vinegar, flavour enhancers (E621, E631, E637)), colour E 150d, yeast extract, chilli extract, plum jam (plums, apples, citric acid), tomato purée, flavourings, spice mix, garlic extract, cane sugar, spices (ginger, garlic, pepper, chilli), salt (max. 3%), beechwood smoke. Produced from 100% pure fish meat. It takes 300g of salmon meat to make 100g of final product. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: no cooling. Consume within 48 hours from opening.
