Short history of Indiana Jerky:
The brand Indiana Jerky was born from love and interest to childhood stories which mention Native American's who dried meat.
Today they are the largest manufacturer of dried meat in the Czech Republic and simultaneously one of the three biggest producers in Europe. That's quite a journey they took from childhood stories!

Pea and sunflower protein vegetable alternative to jerky. Ingredients: water, pea protein isolate (13%), sunflower protein (13%), sugar, ground pumpkin seed (6%), ground fava bean (6%), salt, yeast extract, spices, chilli, bell pepper, dextrose, smoke aroma, garlic, flavouring, onion, humectant: glycerine, tomato paste, caramel, maltodextrin, sunflower oil, SOY PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE (SOYA), wine vinegar. Packed in protective atmosphere. Storage: Do not refrigerate. Consume within 48 hours of opening. Oxygen absorber in packaging is not edible.
